Victoria Lee Nelson, 69, of East Peoria passed away on August 3, 2021, at her residence surrounded by family. She was born on March 5, 1952, to Robert & Lois (Hutchcraft) Frank in Peoria. She married Ronald Nelson; he survives. Victoria was an avid landscaper.
